Erin Greilick

Erin earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Master’s in Clinical Psychology. She has been an executive coach and consulting partner to leaders in industries from Food Service to the US Military. Erin believes in getting to the root of problems so you can build real solutions. She cringes anytime “band-aids” are slapped on and declared “good enough”.

Erin was born and raised in Hawaii, but now calls Colorado home. Her family loves the outdoors, so you can usually find them out hiking, skiing, or camping. A self-proclaimed foodie, she picks places to travel based on their food (like Thailand!).
